Regardless of the link option, an external and internal
linking kit are required for the modular units (included
in the scope of delivery).
Lift module 3 into position and seal the short end
next to module 1 using the rubber seal.
Knock in the rubber seal between the corner posts
on the inside of the building.
Connect the tops of the module corners using small
external clamping bolts.
ATTENTION: The required distance between two
modules is 15 mm.
Stick the stainless steel strips on both sides of the
floor link plate and then screw them to the floor.
Now the internal steel covers can be installed (pre-lined
with insulation material). Place the steel cover between
the wooden boards and screw into place (screws are
included in the scope of delivery).
In the case of a 4bay building, the connection is made
as follows: Lift modules 1 and 2 into position and seal
the long side with the rubber seal from the centre with
an outward slope.
Lift module 4 into position. Now seal the remaining long
and short sides with the rubber seal from the centre
with an outward slope.
The rubber seal must run along the short and
long side of the module.
Inside the modular building, insert the sealing foam
strip between the floor frames (approx. 100 cm on
both sides upwards into the corner posts).
Insulation material must be stuck over the entire surface
of the roof beam between the modules. This must
overlap with the prefabricated insulation material.
Then the ceiling can be fully covered up. To do this,
insert the enclosed ceiling tiles in the same pattern as
the ceiling design of the module.
