Assembly instructions
PLUS Line
The individual modules can be linked side by side
or end to as well as stacked on top of each other to
form a modular building.
IMPORTANT: For trouble-free assembly and in order for
the entire modular building to be in perfect condition,
the foundations must be level.
Modules may only be moved using a suitable crane.
IMPORTANT: The lower connection of two modules is
made exclusively via the centring plates provided.
Place the centring plates on the prefabricated
foundations provided by the customer and then lift
the first module on top of them.
Lift the next module onto the centring plate next to the
already sited module. You will get the required 15 mm
gap between the two modules automatically by placing
each unit onto the centring plates.
ATTENTION: Centring plates can be designed differently
– depending on the building configuration.
Fix the tops of the 2 modules by using small external
clamping bolts, this also aligns the modules.
ATTENTION: The required distance between
two modules is 15 mm.
The modules must be sited onto suitable foundations
(e.g. wood, concrete, etc.) with at least 6 support points.
This can also be strip foundations or foundation points.
The foundations must be provided by the customer and
must be adapted to the local conditions such as the soil
properties and the frost depth.
Attach crane hooks to the corners provided with
each module.
ATTENTION: Use the eyebolts provided for the
24' modules.
Depending on the layout, remove the protective
transport film (this is reusable).
Knock in the rubber seal between the modules using
a suitable tool. Start in the middle of the roof with an
outward slope!
The following link options are available as standard:
corridor, door, short end and corner post links.
