(1) Turn the knob to the desired symbol to select the function.
(2) Turn the knob to the desired value to select the temperature.
(3) The appliance starts operating as soon as you have set the function
and the temperature.
(4) Always turn the temperature-knob to 0 when you do not operate the
appliance.
Proper positioning of the trays is mandatory for safe operation of the
appliance. Otherwise hot food or cookware can slide off the trays when
removing them.

3.2 Functions of the oven

Symbol
Internal Light: turn the rotary knob to this symbol to switch
on the internal light. The Oven does not heat
Bottom and top heat operating simultaneously provide
conventional cooking/baking. You can set the temperature
from 50 0 to 250
Bottom heat witches on the bottom heater of the oven; e.g.
for final backing from the bottom
Top Heat switches on the top heater of the oven; e.g. for
final backing from the top.
