4. Instructions for use

Connect the power cord to the treadmill and then to a power outlet. Switch on the
main switch on the device. The switch now lights red and the display turns on.

5. Display

The display in the treadmill informs you about the most important data for your
training.
It includes the following functions:
 Speedometer: Shows the current speed of the treadmill in km/h.
 Time display: Shows the time you are already running.
 Distance display: Shows the running distance in kilometers.

6. Remote control

Functions:
 Power: Turns on the Treadmill.
 Start: After a short countdown (3 Sekunden) the treadmill starts at a speed
of 1 km/h.
 Stop: The treadmill reduces the speed until it comes to a complete stop. All
data will be reset.
 Speed +: Increases the speed of the treadmill.
 Speed -: Decreases the speed of the treadmill.
