9 Using the app
Tapping on the device on the app's main
page opens the page with advanced fea-
tures and settings.
You can delete the Wi-Fi thermometer/hy-
grometer from the app by tapping on the
device on the main page until the delete
button appears on the display below. Then
tap the button and confirm.
The current temperature and relative hu-
midity are displayed at the top of the page
of your Wi-Fi thermometer/hygrometer.
Tapping the pencil icon at the top right
opens the current device's settings.
Here you can update the firmware or, for
example, connect the device to Alexa or
Google Assistant.
A smiley in the first box just below the
temperature and relative humidity display
indicates whether the temperature and
relative humidity are within the optimal or
comfortable range.
The section below is a graphical repre-
sentation of the temperature and relative
humidity.
Tapping this display area shows more
details.
The other section below displays all alarm
messages, for example, when the tempe-
rature exceeded the preset limit, etc.
Tapping the small arrow in the top right
shows a detailed view.
In the second box from below, you can
configure smart scenarios and processes.
For example, a lamp connected to the app
comes on when the temperature exceeds
a certain limit.
The bottommost section enables you to
make all settings about the temperature
and relative humidity. For example, you
can set the temperature range, scenarios
when alarm messages should be trigge-
red, etc.
The temperature and relative humidity data are synchronised regularly.
The updated data can be transferred by briefly tapping the button (C) on the Wi-Fi ther-
mometer/hygrometer.
10 Cleaning and care
Important:

11 Disposal
11.1 Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to
the relevant statutory regulations.
11.2 (Rechargeable) batteries
Remove the batteries/rechargeable batteries and dispose of them separately from the product.
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/rechar-
geable batteries. Disposing of them in the household waste is prohibited.
Batteries/rechargeable batteries containing hazardous substances are labelled with
this symbol to indicate that disposal in household waste is forbidden. The abbrevi-
ations for heavy metals in batteries are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead
(name on (rechargeable) batteries, e.g. below the trash icon on the left).
Used (rechargeable) batteries can be returned to collection points in your municipality, our
stores or wherever (rechargeable) batteries are sold. You thus fulfil your statutory obligations
and contribute to environmental protection.
Batteries/rechargeable batteries that are disposed of should be protected against short circuit
and their exposed terminals should be covered completely with insulating tape before disposal.
Even empty batteries/rechargeable batteries can contain residual energy that may cause them
to swell, burst, catch fire or explode in the event of a short circuit.
