STEP:
1. Pass (c) (E) and (C) on (D).
2. Adjust the position of (E) according to the actual needs,
and adjust and fix (C) with (G).
3. Both ends of (D) are respectively connected with (A) and fixed with (B).
4. Select the installation wall and fix (A) with (F). 5. Training speed by hitting (E)
rotation.
