● Stop using the battery if the battery becomes abnormally hot, has odor coming
out of it, is discolored, deformed, or other abnormal conditions are detected
during use, storage or charging.
● The battery can be used within the following temperature ranges. Do not exceed
these ranges.
o Charging temperature ranges: 0°C ~ 45°C.
o Discharge temperature ranges: -20°C ~ 60°C (Battery performance may
vary with temperature).
o Store the battery at temperatures below 60°C.

Check whether the discharge terminal isn't misaligned to the
connecting terminal.
Charge the battery individually. If it functions properly, contact your
local dealer to replace the charging port on the elctrical compartment.
Check the wall outlet / charger / charging plug for looseness, change or
reconnect it and try again.
Internal loosening of cables & wires could be the cause. Contact your
local dealer to solve any such issues.
Ride on flat & hard surfaces.
The maximum load is 100KG, reduce the load.
Faulty brake sensor, switch OFF the scooter immediately. Stop using
the scooter and contact your local dealer. Do not use it again before
the problems have been fully solved.
