• Use the device only for the intended purpose.
• Before switching on, ensure the slices of bread do not get jammed in the toaster slots.
However, if this happens, unplug the appliance first and then take out the jammed bread slice.
• Note the housing of the toaster will become very hot when using, especially in the area of the
toaster slots. Please be careful not to be burned. Please only use the control knob, lever and
button for operation.
• Do not insert your fingers or metal objects like knives or forks into the bread slots.
• The space above the toaster must be free. It has to be made sure that air can circulate around
the toaster.
• Never switch on the toaster in advance as it heats immediately!
• Clean the breadcrumbs container regularly, thus you will prevent possible fire.
• If you see smoke caused e.g. by burning food, switch off the toaster immediately and unplug
it from the power supply.
• Spontaneous ignition of prepared food may occur during grilling. Unplug the appliance from the
mains and put out the fire in case of sudden ignition.
• To avoid injury (burning), do not move the appliance when it is hot!
• Do not use the appliance in an environment saturated with explosive or flammable steams.
• The power cord must not be damaged with sharp or hot objects, open fire, it must not be sunk
into water or bent over sharp edges.
• Only use the appliance when it is horizontally placed on a suitable surface.
• Do not cover the bread slots while in operation.
• Improper use or repair may cause a risk of danger. In case of misuse or incorrect handling
or repair, no liability will be taken for possible damages.
• The appliance is only designed for indoors using, not for outdoors using.
• Keep the appliance away from wall, curtain and other combustible material during use.
• Don't place anything on the appliance besides baking bread.
• Do not use near flammable materials or under this materias.
• Do not use the appliance with a program, time switch or any other part that turns the appliance
on automatically as there is a risk of fire if the appliance is not covered or placed properly.
