DIGIMET AFM 30
Repair / maintenance
Before any repair or maintenance work, disconnect the power supply to the pump (pull out the
mains plug) and relieve the system of pressure by opening the nozzle.
Regularly check the pressure-carrying parts (delivery hose) and the live parts for possible
damage. Replace defective parts immediately with original parts.
The use of non-original accessories, e.g. hose lines, connections, may entail the risk of accidents
in individual cases. No liability can be accepted for accidents and damage caused by third-party
parts.
Conversion or modification of the system is only permitted after consultation with the
manufacturer.
The operational safety of the unit is only guaranteed if it is used as intended.
Maintenance, inspection and repair work may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
Caution: hot components only cool down gradually after switching off.

Intended use / warranty:
The DIGIMET AFM 30 Turbine wheel meter is suitable for the volume measurement of AdBlue
urea solutions, water and antifreeze.
Flammable liquids such as petrol and diesel, solvents, chemicals, corrosive media and
liquids with a viscosity > 20 cSt must not be filled with the meter. Any other use, as well as
conversion or modification of the device is only permitted after consultation with the
manufacturer.
We are subject to the scope of the statutory warranty obligation (see our terms of delivery) If the
operating instructions are observed and the device is used as intended.
In case of warranty claims, please include your invoice together with the date of purchase

Scope of delivery
The individual components are shown on page 9.

Commissioning and operation:
- Mount the DIGIMET AFM 30 on the pump system using the appropriate accessories.
- Note the direction of flow.
Before putting the system into operation, check all connection points for firm seating and
tightness
.
