Before mounting the mirror on an original handlebar
of the Kawasaki models Ninja 125, Z125, Z400,
Z650, Z750, Z800, Z900, Z1000, ER-5, ER-6, Versys
650/1000, as well as EN 650 Vulkan-S, the pre-
mounted M6 screws as well as the clamping wedges
must be removed.
Instead of the M6 screw, the M5x45mm screw
supplied must be used.
2.
Coat the RX7 adapter with medium-strength thread-
locker, screw it flush into the handlebar using a slotted
screwdriver and allow it to harden according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
3.
Place the supplied RX15 spacer sleeve on the
handlebar and screw it together with the mirror onto
the end of the handlebar. To do this, tighten the already
replaced M5x45mm screw with a 4mm hexagon
socket spanner.
4.
Adjust the mirror so that it does not bump even when
the steering is fully turned. Tighten the screw. Check
that the throttle grip moves freely.
Repeat assembly on the left-hand side.
