3. SYMBOLS DESCRIPTION

This symbol informs about a prospective risk or an imminent danger which, when
ignored, may result in death, health impairment or equipment damage.

4. SAFETY

CAUTION!
Before starting to use the lamp, it is necessary to read the general OHS rules, fire
regulations (FR), as well as this User's Manual. It is also required to check whether
the lamp is free from any defects in terms of damage.
- Before the first use of the lamp, it is necessary to check whether it is assembled
correctly.
- This lamp may be used as a decoration positioned on a levelled and hard ground and
it is intended for outdoor use only.
- It is recommended to provide proper extinguishing equipment near the lamp.
- This lamp may be operated by adults only. The burning lamp must be protected
against children and pets.
- Bottles with biofuel must be kept at safe distance (at least 1 m from the lamp).
- This equipment is dedicated only to combust fuel in the form of gel based on bioe-
thanol in accordance with EN 16647.
- It is forbidden to use a fire starter based on petrol or other combustible substances.
- It is recommended to use a long match or a long lighter to light the lamp.
- Before lighting up the lamp, make sure whether the containers are not overfilled, and
the lamp is not spilled with the biofuel.
- It is forbidden to use the lamp without any breaks (for longer than 6 hours).
- Do not leave a burning lamp unattended.
- Since the lamp reaches high temperatures when operated, do not touch it. Before
touching the lamp, wait about 30 minutes after extinguishing or use protective gloves.
- Do not fill-up the combustion container with fuel when the equipment is operating
(when the flame is burning) and do not fill-up the hot combustion container with fuel.
- Do not transport the lamp in which the flame is burning.
- If fuel is spilled, wipe up the lamp to avoid burning outside the combustion container.
- Before filling-up the container with fuel, allow the lamp to cool down.
- Do not extinguish the lamp with water! Wait until the gel burns out or extinguish it
with the included extinguisher.
- The manufacturer is not liable for any consequences, which result from the incorrect
use of the equipment. The customer is obliged to read the rules of correct use.
