General advises - The Hi-Speed has been developed with the e-bike software versions released ta
the purchasing date. By updating the e-bike software, the Hi-speed and the motor may generate errors or
be permanently damaged by the ant-tuning devices installed on some motors. In this case the Hi-Speed
is not covered by nay warranty and we decline any responsibility. The update of the e-bike software is
allowed ONLY after removing the Hi-Speed, but its functioning will not be granted.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the motor and the battery from the bicycle.
PHOTO 1 – Unscrew the cover fixing screws.
PHOTO 2 – Remove the cover.
PHOTO 3 – Disconnect the wire of the speed sensor.
PHOTO 4 – Connect the wire with the male connector of the Polini Hi-Speed to the motor and the female
one to the speed sensor wire.
PHOTO 5/6 – Using a hook pull the speed sensor wire between the motor and the frame so that the
connectors may house between the motor and the frame and they do not hamper the cover closing.
CAUTION: to place the wire between the motor and the frame it may be required to loosen the motor
fixing screws.
PHOTO 7 – Fix the double-side tape to the Polini HI-Speed and glue it inside the cover
-Tight the cover using the proper screws being careful not to push the wires
WARNING: The Hi-Speed is always ON and it cannot be disconnected. To return to the original
configuration, disassemble the Hi-Speed following the assembly procedure backwards.
WARNING: Fazua motor is limited by the rpm. For this reason it is not possible a reach an assistance over
35/40km/h. This limitation depends on the gears installed on the e-bike.
Avvertenza generale - L'Hi-Speed è stato sviluppato con le versioni software delle e-bike
rilasciate alla data di acquisto. Con l'aggiornamento software delle e-bike, l'Hi-Speed e il motore
potrebbero generare errori o essere danneggiati permanentemente dai dispositivi anti-tuning presenti su
alcuni motori. In questo caso l'Hi-Speed non sarà coperto da garanzia e si declina ogni responsabilità.
L'aggiornamento del software della e-bike è consentito solo dopo la rimozione dell'Hi-Speed, ma il suo
funzionamento non verrà garantito.
ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
- Smontare il motore e la batteria dalla bicicletta.
FOTO 1 - Svitare le viti di fissaggio del coperchio.
FOTO 2 - Togliere completamente il coperchio.
FOTO 3 - Scollegare il cavo del sensore velocità.
FOTO 4 - Collegare il cavo con il connettore maschio dell'Hi-Speed Polini al motore e quello femmina al
cavo sensore velocità .
FOTO 5/6 - Con l'aiuto di un uncino tirare il cavo sensore velocità tra il motore il telaio in modo che i
connettori trovino sede tra il motore e telaio e non intralcino la chiusura del coperchio.
ATTENZIONE: per agevolare il posizionamento del cavo tra il motore ed il telaio potrebbe essere necessario
allentare le viti del fissaggio motore.
FOTO 7 - Applicare il biadesivo all'Hi-speed Polini ed incollarlo all'interno del coperchio.
- Chiudere il coperchio con le apposite viti facendo attenzione a non schiacciare i cavi.
