SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

BEEPER thanks you for your purchase and invites you, before using your Personal Motorized Displacement Vehicle (EDPM), to familiarize yourself with the precautions for
use and safety instructions. The use of your product is subject to the legislation in force in your country. Please check with the competent authorities. Any recommendation (or
lack of recommendation) in this manual can in no way be assimilated to a transposition of the legislation in force.
IXIT Beeper declines all responsibility in the event of bodily injury and material damage attributable to use of the product that does not comply with the instructions for use.

• Refer to qualified personnel for any repair.
• The use of your product is prohibited for children under 12 years old.
• Use of your product is not suitable for pregnant women and children under 16 years old.
• This product can be used by children from 12 years of age under the supervision of an adult, and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or a lack of
experience and knowledge provided whether they are properly supervised or have received from a person responsible for their safety prior instructions relating to the safe use
of the device and that the risks incurred are understood from.
• Children must not play with the product.
• Check regularly that your scooter is in good condition, read the manual carefully and make sure you have understood all information about the product before using it.

• Check that all the equipment of your product is functional.
• Do not use your product in high traffic areas the first time you use it. An adaptation time is necessary to master the product.
• Use on public roads is regulated. You must take the cycle paths as a priority. In the absence of these, you can ride exclusively on roads limited to 50 km / h. Outside the
built-up area, you can only drive on greenways and cycle paths.

• Do not hesitate to signal your presence to other users.
• When riding with other people, keep a safety distance of at least 6 meters between you to reduce the risk of collisions.
• Adapt your speed (and your safety distance) according to your environment so that you can stop your product at any time.
• Do not start or stop abruptly.
• Make sure you are always visible to everyone, wear a vest (or other retro-reflective equipment) each time you use your product.
• The use of the Smartphone or any other object while driving is prohibited. The use of earphones or headphones is prohibited.
• The maximum weight supported by the product is 120Kg.
• Failure to comply with these weight recommendations affects the acceleration and braking performance of your product and may endanger you by reducing its safe
deceleration or stopping capability.
• Keep your body balanced when making turns to avoid falling from shifting center of gravity or high speeds.
• Do not jump obstacles with your product.
• Avoid driving on roads littered with scattered objects, such as branches, litter or small stones.
• Do not use your product on roads with obstacles or on slippery roads with a risk of loss of grip, such as on snow, ice or water. It could cause a loss of cause bodily injury and
material damage.
