4 | Assembly / Mounting
Check the LED luminaire before installation to ensure it is complete and shows no signs of damage. Do not use the
luminaire or accessories if they are damaged, as there is a risk of injury.
The LED luminaire comes fully assembled. The luminaire is designed for fixing in a standart 70 mm holder for machine
lighting. As option there are this mounting accessories:
TUBELED_70 luminaire bracket for rotatable mounting, stainless V2A, pair
TUBELED_70 Luminaire bracket, aluminium, pair

5 | Connection

On the luminaire is an input for about a M12 connector S-type encoded. About this jack and with suitable connection
material the luminaire is connected with a 220–240V AC electric power supply system.
Suitable connection material, cables and accessories can be found in the accessory range of LED2WORK.
PIN assignment of the M12 connector is as follows:
PIN assignment
PIN 1 = not connected
PIN 2 = external conductor/phase (L)
PIN 3 = neutral conductor (N)
PIN 4 = protective earth conductor (PE)

When mounting the luminaire, make sure that the luminaire is fastened securely and
stably. If the luminaire falls down, its weight poses a risk of injury!

For the installation on the power supply system the luminaire must be electrically load-
free. This means that if the luminaire is connected directly to a machine or a 220–240V
AC power supply, these must be switched off and load-free for installation, otherwise
the LEDs may be destroyed.
