The universal tool stand is also designed as a work-
piece support when working with mitre saws, scroll
saws, circular table saws, and other similar electric
power tools. The maximum workpiece length is
3m. Additional workpiece supports may have to be
used (e.g. a roller trestle) in order to prevent longer
workpieces tilting. Attention: Ensure that the work-
piece support is secure and not tilted!

components required with reference to the
contents table above.
Attaching the wheels (Fig. A, B)
1. Lay the mitre saw stand on the floor with the
folded legs (12) facing upwards.
2. Mount the axle bracket (17) onto the frame (9)
using the bolts (20), washers (21), spring wash-
ers (22) and nuts (23) as shown on figure A.
3. Now slide the wheels (16) onto the axles of the
axle bracket (17) as shown on figure B. Note:
raised hub goes on the inside.
4. Secure the wheels (16) by attaching the retain-
ing rings (19) onto the axle ends of the axle
bracket (17).
Attaching the handle (Fig. C)
Mount the handle (8) onto the frame (9) using the
bolts (18), washers (21), spring washers (22) and
nuts (23) as shown on figure C.
Unfolding The Stand (fig. D)
1. Lay the mitre saw stand on the floor with the
folded legs (12) facing upwards.
2. Depress the locking lever (11) and unfold the
two upper legs (12) until the spring-loaded pin
(11) clicks into the pin slot (10).
3. Repeat the same procedure for the other two
legs.
4. Lift the stand and flip it into the upright position.
5. Check that the stand is stable and all of the leg
locking pins have engaged properly.
Folding The Stand
One pair of legs on the stand must fold firstly for
the stand to fold flat. The legs have not folded into
place if the locking levers (11) do not pop into place.
The legs should not swing about when the stand is
picked up if the legs have locked into position.
1. Turn the mitre saw stand upside down on the
floor with the legs (12) sticking up.
2. Depress the spring-loaded pin (11) on the lower
pair of legs and fold them in.
3. Repeat the same procedure on the other pair of
legs.
