Side recognition of the earphones:
The sides of the earphones are marked with the following:
• „R" (right)
• „L" (left)
• Color of the cerumen filter (red-right/blue-left), see section
cerumen filter on page 37.
• color indication of the 2-pin connection (red-right/blue-left), see
section replace cable on page 35.
Bendable wire:
The part of the cable that passes the ear is equipped with a bendable
wire. It is easily adjustable for the individual head shape and thus
allows the cable to be worn comfortably over the ear.
Plastic sleeve:
The plastic sleeve above the Y-split helps to tighten the cable close to
the head towards the neck.
Cerumen-filter:
The changeable cerumen filters (earwax filters) are set into the sound
output tubes of the earphones. They protect the earphones from
percolating earwax.
Furthermore, they help to indicate the side of the earphones. Red is
used for the right and blue for the left side.
