11.- The ceramic cooktop will heat up slowly. The proper temperature for slow cooking is
60ºC~100ºC and 500W~800W.
12.- To block the screen just press the block button (key), and to unblock it re-press the block
button for 3 seconds.
13.- The cooktop will turn off automatically if there is no operation in a 2 hour period.
14.- When the cooktop is operating, keep in mind that parts of it heat-up, so be careful.
15.- If you want to cancel the timer function just press the ON/OFF button.
12.- Once you have finished using the appliance, press the "ON/OFF" button to turn off the
plaque. The ventilator will continue to function for a few seconds to prevent
heat bags inside the plaque.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
CLEANING:
1.- Always turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning it. Wait until it is at room
temperature.
2.- Never use any chemical or abrasive products. Do not use a brush or any other type of
utensils which could damage the different parts and surface of the slicer.
3.- Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the machine and then dry it. Make sure to clean
the machine completely every day.

Do not put the machine directly into any container with water in it.
This machine is not waterproof.
MAINTENANCE:
The induction plaque does not require special maintenance, but the following precautions should
be taken:
a- Do not leave the grinder running unsupervised; the engine overheating may reduce its
operating lifespan and/or generate irreparable damage.
b- Only use original spare parts; the use of parts supplied by other manufacturers may
permanently damage the machine.
c- If you do not use the grinder for long periods of time, we recommend applying a thin
layer of oil over the complete surface, even on the stainless steel tray.
d.- Do not obstruct the ventilator's air outflow located at the back. Excessive heating may
cause irreversible damage to the plaque.
e - Avoid banging on the surface of the plaque, for the glass may crack, especially when it
is hot.
