Example: To use the "Auto Menu" function for cooking fi sh weighing 350 g:
1) Turn " " clockwise until "A-6" is displayed.
2) Confi rm by pressing Start/+30Sec./Confi rm.
3) Turn " " and select the weight of the fi sh (turn until "350" is displayed).
4) Press Start/+30Sec./Confi rm to start the cooking process.

8. Multi-phase food preparation
Up to 2 diff erent food preparation phases can be entered. If defrosting is part of the preparation, it should be set as the fi rst phase.
Example: If you intend to defrost for 5 minutes and cook for 7 minutes at a power of 80 %, perform the following steps:
1) Press Weight/Time Defrost twice and "dEF2" will appear on the display.
2) Use " " to set the defrosting time to 5 minutes (turn until "5:00" is displayed).
3) Press Microwave once. "P100" is displayed.
4) Press Microwave again or turn "
