Haftreifenwechsel (7154) am Schienenbus
• Motorwagen auf den Kopf legen. Aufbau A vom Boden B
trennen mit Hilfe eines flachen Schraubenziehers. Diesen
stirnseitig neben der Kupplung unter den Boden B führen und
den Boden dann vom Aufbau „abhebeln".
• Schraube C lösen. Obere und untere Platine D/E sind über
Flexleiter verbunden, Vorsicht beim Abheben der oberen
Leiterplatte D von der Inneneinrichtung F.
• Vier Kreuzschlitzschrauben G lösen, die Rasthaken der
Inneneinrichtung F leicht nach innen drücken mit flachem
Schraubenzieher und vom Boden abheben.
• Kabelverbindung von in der Inneneinrichtung F eingepresstem
Lautsprecher H nicht beschädigen.
• Kreuzschlitzschraube I lösen um die untere Leiterplatte E
abzuheben. Mit der Leiterplatte E gleichzeitig den Motor K an-
heben. Vorsicht, Flexverbindung zwischen oberer und unterer
Leiterplatte D/E nicht beschädigen.
• Druckfeder L abheben.
• Kupplungsdeichseln M und Federn N abnehmen, Achtung,
Bronzefeder O fällt leicht aus dem Kupplungsschacht.
• Boden umdrehen, Schleifer P gemäß Anleitung „ausrasten",
4 Kreuzschlitzschrauben R lösen. Boden B vom Gußteil S
langsam abheben.
• Achtung, Radsatz T ohne Haftreifen liegt auf 2 Druckfedern U.
Radsatz V ist jetzt abnehmbar, Haftreifen - 7154 - wechseln.
Beim Wiedereinsetzen der Radsätze darauf achten, dass die
Rippen am Gussteil S in die Nut der Radsatz-Lagerschale
greifen.
• Weiterer Zusammenbau in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, dabei
auf die stromleitende Kupplung und die korrekte Lage von
Inneneinrichtung, Leiterplatten und Aufbau achten.

Changing Traction Tires (7154) on the Rail Bus
• Lay the motor car upside down. Remove body A from floor B
with the help of a flat blade screwdriver. Insert the screw-
driver at the end of the car near the coupler under floor B and
carefully "lift" the floor from the body.
• Loosen screw C. The upper and lower circuit boards D/E
areconnected by flexible ribbon cables. Be careful when lifting
the upper circuit board D from the interior detailing F.
• Loosen four Phillips head screws G, gently press the snap in
hooks on the interior F inwards with a flat blade screwdriver
and lift the interior detail piece from the floor.
• Do not damage the cable connections from the speaker H
pressed into the interior detail piece F.
• Loosen Phillips head screw I in order to lift up the lower circuit
board E. Lift the motor K up at the same time as the circuit board
D/E. Be careful, do not damage the flexible cable connection
between the upper and lower circuit board D/E.
• Lift up the compression spring L.
• Remove the coupler drawbar M and springs N. Important! The
bronze spring O falls easily out of the coupler pocket.
• Turn the floor around and unsnap the pickup shoe P according
to the instructions that come with the rail bus. Loosen four
Phillips head screws R. Slowly lift the floor B from the die-cast
metal part S.
• Important! Wheel set T without traction tires rests on two
compression springs U.
• Wheel set V can now be removed. Change the traction tires.
• When reinstalling the wheel sets, be careful that the ribs on the
die-cast part S grab into the slot in the wheel set mounting shell.
• The rail bus is reassembled in reverse order. Pay attention
to the installation of the current conducting coupling and the
correct position of the interior detail piece, the circuit boards,
and the body.
