3. Mounting
Recommendation for the installation height:
The correct position of the device depends on the user's body height.
Our advice: The middle of the display ~ 1650 mm above the finished floor.
3.1 Instruction of installation
Installation may only be carried out by personnel authorized by the manufac-
!
turer, who are capable of fulfilling the instructions given by the manufacturer.
Otherwise TCI GmbH will not be liable for the installed device and their func-
tion.It will be necessary to have an assessment carried out professionally.
The installation must only be established when the unit is disconnected from
mains.
3.2 Mounting and interfaces
The connections of this device are labeled on the units connection panel directly.
Pay attention when connecting power input to the correct polarity!
PE ground must be connected! There is mortal danger by an electrical impact,
if the outer hull of the inlet is damaged e.g. and affects the housing.
ATTENTION! If you used PoE, you may not attach an additional power supply.

3.4 Final assembly / cleaning and care

Cleaning and care of the touch (with PC models)
On the desktop or the provided data storage you
will find the software called touchblocker. With this
software the touch will be blocked for 60 sec. In this
time you can clean the touch with yield cloth without
cleaning agents
Cleaning and care of the frame
Please use appropriate cleaning agents for cleaning and care of the frame only.
4. Important operating note
Do not display still images for a long time because it may cause image
!
sticking effects due to the LCD structure and technology. If you want the
display to show a still image, please use a screen saver or the display off
function to avoid the image sticking effect.
