Please follow these instructions to ensure that your watch is working
precisely over the years.
Before wearing it for the first time, please wind up your automatic watch
with the crown at least 40 times. After that, your daily activity will wind the
movement enough to keep it running at night when you are not wearing
it. Should your normal daily activity not be sufficient, occasional supple-
mentary manual winding might be necessary. In order to operate correctly,
the watch must be worn at least 12 hours a day.
Under normal conditions, an automatic watch has a margin for accuracy of
+/- 30 seconds per day compared to a calibrated watch.
Keep your watch away from electro-magnetic fields (e.g. radio-alarm
clocks, TV sets, hair-dryers or any induction instruments) as well as from all
sources of heat.
