International Guarantee

This Richtenburg® watch was produced with care by highly qualified
watchmakers. Strict quality controls guarantee best quality and a long life
to all Richtenburg® watches.
The guarantee period extends to 24 months after date of purchase.
Within this time defective watches will be repaired or replaced by an equi-
valent model in case a reparation is not possible, free of charge.
A reparation on base of the guarantee can only be assured with the origi-
nal certificate of authenticity and a copy of the purchase invoice of one of
the official Richtenburg® retailers.
The international guarantee does not cover the following:
- crystal
- strap
- damages resulting from an improper use (e.g. violent shocks,
extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields), handling by
individuals not authorized by Richtenburg®.
Should your watch require any spare parts or service which is not covered
by the international guarantee, please contact the official Richtenburg®
service centre at www.richtenburg.ch. You will receive an estimate of
costs in written form for your approval and payment before any work is
fulfilled.
