or use the product. Keep the packaging and this
document for future reference.
• Only use the product as described in this
document.
• This product can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the product in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the
product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be done by children without supervision.
• Do not leave any packaging material lying
around carelessly. These may become dangerous
playing material for children.
• Make sure the product is placed on a flat and
stable surface.

• Do not drop the product and avoid bumping.
• Do not use the product if it has been dropped, a
part is damaged or defective or if it is leaking.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all body
parts away from openings and moving parts.
• This product may only be serviced by a qualified
technician for maintenance to reduce the risk of
electric shock.
• Never add solvents, solvent-containing liquids, or
undiluted acids (such as detergent, gasoline,
paint thinner, and acetone) to the water reservoir.
This may damage the product.
• Do not immerse the product in water.
• Do not use in swimming pools containing water.
• Do not fill the water reservoir above the MAX
indicator.
• Always use the voltage (A.C. Only) marked on the
rating label.
• Switch off and unplug the product when not in
use or before maintenance.
• Do not leave the product unattended when the
product is connected to the power outlet.
• Keep the product out of reach from children
when the product is connected to a power outlet
or cooling down.
• Do not plug or unplug the power cable with wet
hands.
• Never use a dirty or damp charger, this might
cause an electric shock.
• Never cover the charging base, this might cause
an electric shock.
• To prevent a possible fire, do not block the air
vents.
• Do not use the product near explosive or
flammable materials.
• Disconnect the product from the power source
before service and when replacing parts.
• Do not dismantle, open or shred secondary cells
or batteries.
• Do not expose cells or batteries to heat or fire.
Avoid storage in direct sunlight.
• Do not subject cells or batteries to mechanical
shock.
• In the event of a cell leaking, do not allow the
liquid to come in contact with the skin or eyes. If
contact has been made, wash the affected area
with copious amounts of water and seek medical
advice.
