Settings Description
P0
Cooling or heating mode
Range: C (cooling) / H (heating), Default: H
■
Cooling mode "C":
– Can be used to trigger a cooling system when the measured temperature rises
above a set value.
– Example: activate a fan to dissipate heat.
■
Heating mode "H":
– Can be used to trigger a heating system when the measured temperature falls be-
low a set value.
– Example: stop heating after water has reached boiling point , incubate a hatchery
then stop when (x) °C has been reached.
P1
Difference value (hysteresis)
Range: 1 to 50 °C, Default: 5 °C
■
In cooling mode "C":
– switches ON: Measured temperature ≥ [(set temperature) + (difference value)].
– switches OFF: Measured temperature ≤ [(set temperature) + (difference value)].
■
In heating mode "H":
– switches ON: Measured temperature ≤ [(set temperature) - (difference value)].
– switches OFF: Measured temperature ≥ [(set temperature) - (difference value)].
P2
Temperature offset (calibration)
Range: -20 to +20 °C, Default: 0.0 °C
■
Measure the temperature using an external thermometer and compare result with the
temperature shown on the product.
■
Offset any discrepancy between the measured result and what is shown on the
product.
