Several times a day

The grease is pressed between the spring steel plates and the lifting
wedge by means of the side lubrication nipple at the front of the lifting
wedge.

Grease the Nordforest Titan 80 Mechanical Felling Wedge with the
retracted lifting wedge depending on the workload several times
a day via the side lubrication nipple at front of lifting wedge.

Use the recommended grease gun.

Once a week

The shaft and the drive nut are lubricated via the side lubricant nipple
at the back of the lifting wedge.
The tapered roller bearing is lubricated via the lubrication nipple at the
bottom of the aluminium housing.

Grease the Nordforest Titan 80 Mechanical Felling Wedge with the
retracted lifting wedge depending on the workload once a week:
• at the side lubrication nipple at the back of the lifting wedge
• at the lubrication nipple at the bottom of the aluminium housing

Use the recommended grease gun.

Disposal

If the tool can no longer be used, it must be disposed of properly.
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for personal

injury or material damage resulting from the re-use of parts
of the tool if these parts are used for a purpose other than the
intended purpose.
The Nordforest Titan 80 Mechanical Felling Wedge including spare
parts may not be disposed of with regular household waste.
