IMPORTANT: Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply before servicing it.
Problem
Air leak at the trigger.
Air leak from lower part of
casing or tip.
Air leak from upper part of
casing or tip.
The tool will not start.
Fasteners driven in too
deeply.
Fasteners jump
over/uneven feeding.
Tool works slowly
without power.
Fasteners have got stuck. Wrong type of fasteners.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Cause
O-ring for trigger valve spindle worn or
damaged.
O-ring for trigger valve head worn or
damaged.
Contamination/blockage.
Loose screw connection at casing or tip. Tighten the screw connection.
O-ring between

Shock absorber damaged.
Foreign object/contamination between
shock absorber and casing.
Loose screw connection

Inadequate lubrication.
