Troubleshooting

Before contacting technical Support, check the following.
PROBLEM
The device does
not work
Water removal ca-
pacity is too low
The device works,
but reduces the
relative humidity
insufficiently
Dehumidifier is
blowing out warm
air
The display is not
showing the hu-
midity set point
Water on floor
The dehumidifier is
noisy
IMPORTANT!
Please do not try to repair the dehumidifier by yourself to avoid any risk.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The power is not connected
The water tank is full
The tank has not been replaced
correctly
Runtime is too short
Ambient temperature or humidi-
ty is too low
The room is too big
There is too much ventilation
The air filter is clogged
Set humidity is higher than the
ambient humidity
The dried air is passed over
heating coils before it is blown
into the room as part of the
dehumidifying process
The display shows the room rel-
ative humidity not the set point
There is residual water in tank,
and the device is lurched too
much by moving
The air filter is blocked or the
device is on an uneven surface
SOLUTION
Insert the plug into the wall
outlet
Empty the tank
Replace the tank
Be patient and wait
It is normal that the device
does not dehumidify in these
conditions
We recommend using a dehu-
midifier with a greater capacity
Reduce ventilation (e.g. close
windows and shut doors)
Clean the air filter grill or
change the HEPA filter
Set the humidity lower than
ambient humidity
This is normal, a dehumidifier is
not an air cooler
Press the humidity control
button once to see the target
relative humidity
Be careful when moving the
tank
Clean the filter or put the de-
vice on a flat surface
