Product Introduction

Thank you for using Retekess TD184 guest paging system, it consists of 1 keyboard transmitter and 8 pagers (with charging base). Each
keyboard transmitter can expand 9999 pagers.
It is widely used in fast food restaurants, coffee shops, pizza shops, 4S stores, churches and other places where there are many guests
waiting for the service.

How to use the guest paging system?
1)Guests come to the restaurant and make an order. The waiter gives each guest a pager; each pager has a specific ID (No.1~9999).
When the order is ready, the waiter at the counter can press the number on the transmitter, the corresponding pager will vibrate, beep or
flash to remind customer to pick up the order.

Operating Instructions
At first, please unpack 12V/1A charger and insert it to the power outlet of charging tray.
The battery will charge in usual after every pager is placed on the charging slot.
Please charge the pagers for at least 10 minutes before the first time using.
Powering Pager up/off
1. When the pager is off, put it on the charging slot to turn it on.
2. When the pager is on, put it on the charging slot, press "0" and CALL button to turn it off.
Function Interface
When you press SETTING button to enter password authentication interface, the display shows "-.-.-.-.", waiting for the password to input.
The default password is "2580". After you input the password to enter function interface, "F1" will be displayed in the screen and blinks. After
you input the number or press UP button to select a function, press OK button to enter the sub-menu. When the setting is completed, press
SETTING button to exit, and return to the main menu.

Function Settings

1. To set the Duration of the Vibration/Buzzer/LED Flash (F0)
After entering F0 function interface, input two-digit number "00" or "05-99", then press the OK button to save. The number stands for the
duration in seconds of the Vibration/Buzzer/LED Flash. The number cannot be set to "01-04" because the length of the time is too short.
Minimum time is 5 seconds. When the setting is 00, it means there is no limit on the length of time.
2. Pager ID Setting (F1)
After entering F1 function interface, input the number ( "1-9999") for your Pager and press CALL button. At the moment, the keypad display
flashes. Place the Pager to an area approximately 10cm right above the infrared area of the keypad. If there are Buzzer and LED Flash
from the Pager, it means the setting is successful.
Notice: After changing any other settings of the pager system, you have to set the pager ID to activate the settings.
3. Flash Setting (F2)
After entering F2 function interface, the display shows the current LED Flash mode and you can select your desired mode:
0: OFF; 1: SLOW; 2: NEUTRAL; 3: FAST.
When you input the number and press OK button, the keypad beeps at the same time, it means the setting is successful.
NOTE: You have to set the pager ID again to activate the settings.
4. Beep Setting (F3)
After entering F3 function interface, the display shows the current beep mode and you can select your desired mode:
0: OFF; 1: SLOW; 2: NEUTRAL; 3: FAST.
When you input the expected number and press OK button, the keypad beeps at the same time, it means the setting is successful.
NOTE: You have to set the pager ID again to activate the settings.
5.Vibration Setting (F4)
After entering F4 function interface, the display shows the current vibration mode and you can select your desired mode:
0: OFF; 1: SLOW; 2: NEUTRAL; 3: FAST.
When you input the expected number and press OK button, the keypad beeps at the same time, it means the setting is successful.
NOTE: You have to set the pager ID again to activate the settings.
