8) OTHER ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
•
On the platform: fit the E0086 Cannon plug to the electric
safety valve on the tilt cylinder, and guide its cable to-
wards the hydraulic hose on the tilt cylinder, that has been
mounted and connected at an earlier stage (see point 5).
[See Fig. 8.1]

Also on the platform (and if applicable): guide the electri-
cal cable of the electric platform lights (option S090), the
foot controls (option S006), the other electric platform op-
tions, and the cable for the light of the license number
plate (if mounted on the platform), towards the same hy-
draulic hose on the tilt cylinder. [See Fig. 8.2]

Run all electrical cables originating from the
platform alongside the flexible hydraulic hose of
the tilt cylinder towards the hydraulic power
pack, and fasten them with cable ties every 5
cm. Ensure that the cables cannot be dam-
aged, squeezed, cut,... by the moving parts of
the lift arms and hydraulic cylinders. [See Fig.
8.3]
•
Run the cables (except the one for the license number
plate light) to the inside of the hydraulic power pack, and
connect them to the electric connection block foreseen on
this behalf. [See also fig. 7.6]
•
Refer to the wiring diagram in the annex for the
correct connections of the electric safety valve
and the platform options. [See fig. 8.4]
For the safety valve of the tilt cylinder:
Brown wire to (-) earth on connection block
Blue wire to O or D on connection block
