    Parts Included Foot Rest Base Assembly Instructions Loosen both knobs on Base by turning counter-clockwise. Lift Base frame upward until you achieve desired position for Foot Rest.
  • Seite 3 Tighten both knobs on Frame by turning clockwise. Place Foot Rest onto Base, making sure wheels rest on frame. Using your feet, push Foot Rest downward into desired position.
