3.1. Ölstand prüfen / nachfüllen
Die Wartungsarbeiten sind auf einer ölundurchlässigen Unterlage durchzuführen. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass kein Öl ver-
schüttet wird. Sollte versehentlich doch Öl verschüttet werden, ist dieses umgehend aufzunehmen und in dafür vorgesehenen
Einrichtungen sicher zu entsorgen.
• Drehen Sie das Ablassventil GEGEN den Uhrzeigersinn und lassen Sie den Arm komplett nach unten. Falls nötig, üben Sie
etwas Druck auf den Teller aus.
• Entfernen Sie den Ölstopfen.
• Füllen Sie Öl nach, soviel, dass sich der Ölstand knapp unter dem Rand befindet, nicht überfüllen!
• Vermischen Sie keine unterschiedlichen Hydrauliköle, nehmen Sie immer neues Öl! Empfohlene Viskosität: SAE10.
• Haben Sie den Wagenheber länger als 1 Jahr nicht benutzt, dann tauschen Sie das Hydrauliköl aus. Achten Sie darauf,
dass kein Schmutz oder Fremdkörper in das Hydrauliksystem gelangt!
3.2. Entlüften
Entlüften Sie den Wagenheber nach jedem Transport.
• Öffnen Sie das Ablassventil indem Sie es GEGEN den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
• Betätigen Sie den Pumphebel einige Male (ca. 8x, kompletter Hub).
• Schließen Sie das Ablassventil indem Sie es IM Uhrzeigersinn zudrehen.
• Pumpen Sie solange, bis der Hubarm komplett oben ist und pumpen Sie dann noch einige Male weiter, bis die Luft
entwichen ist.
• Öffnen Sie das Ablassventil indem Sie es GEGEN den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, lassen Sie den Arm absinken. Falls nötig,
drücken Sie den Arm nach unten.
• Schließen Sie das Ablassventil anschließend und kontrollieren Sie ob der Arm sich einwandfrei heben lässt.
• Es kann nötig sein, die Schritte zuvor mehrmals zu wiederholen, bis wirklich jede Luft aus dem System entwichen ist.

5. Entsorgung
Im Falle der Entsorgung dieses Gerätes wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren lokalen Händler oder einen lokalen Wertstoffver-
werter. Führen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls einer kommunalen Sammelstelle zu! Entsorgen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls über den
normalen Hausmüll! Sie leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Erhaltung der Umwelt.
Hydrauliköle sind über die Problemmüllsammelstelle zu entsorgen.

1. Safety instructions
• Please read through the operating instructions carefully before using the jack. Keep the operating instructions and pass
them on to any other users or subsequent owners.
• Do not use the jack in the following circumstances:
• Outside in frost / rain
• In difficult conditions (e.g. very cold or very hot climate, under the influence of very strong magnetic fields and similar
situations)
• In combination with explosives or mines and in similar situations
• When lifting loads that contain the following materials, among others: molten metal, acid, radioactive material or loose
goods/goods not secured together and in similar situations
• In contact with foodstuffs and in similar situations
• On ships and in similar situations
• Never lift people with the jack. Do not use the jack if there are people in the vehicle or leaning against the vehicle.
• Only use the jack on solid, even ground. On unconsolidated, uneven ground, stability is not guaranteed and the load may
slip/be damaged.
• Always lift the vehicle with the handbrake on and at the same time use chocks underneath it to prevent the vehicle from
rolling away.
• Only lift the vehicle by the attachment points provided by the vehicle manufacturer. Always support the load in the middle
section of the attachment point. If necessary use suitable adapters to prevent damage to the vehicle's attachment points.
Please observe the vehicle manufacturer's operating instructions.
• The safety valve was set correctly in the factory and does not have to be readjusted.
• Warning: The jack is intended only for lifting and lowering the vehicle. Before inspection and repair work, the load must be
supported by ramps with appropriate nominal load capacity. Never work under the raised load without additional supports!
Never move the vehicle with the aid of the jack.
• The jack must not be loaded beyond its max. nominal load capacity (2,500 kg). In the event of overload, the jack may be
damaged (by overloading its mechanical properties) and as a result people's safety will no longer be guaranteed.
• If an oil leak occurs, you must stop using the jack. You should make sure that no more oil is leaking out and that the oil that
has already leaked has all been cleaned up without delay and disposed of in the facilities provided.
• If the manual force to be applied exceeds 400 N (about 40 kg), please seek the aid of a second person.
• It is essential for the operator to observe the lifting operation and the load during all movements.
• If an operating fault occurs during use (lifting rod jams, valve/piston will not move), please contact a specialist or customer
service.
• The condition of the markings on the jack is to be checked regularly and you must ensure that the markings still match the
original ones.
• Inspect the jack before every use for damage, oil leaks and corrosion. Do not use the jack if you discover any damage to it.
The jack should be maintained and repaired in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Only original spare parts
from the manufacturer may be used. Maintenance and repair are only to be carried out by qualified experts.
• Should it become difficult to lower the jack as desired, always secure the vehicle with jack stands against unexpected
sinking. Obtain a second jack that allows you to lift the vehicle high enough to be able to safely remove the broken jack. In
case of uncertainty, ask for help from a professional.
• Conversions or modifications that have a negative impact on the jack's conformity with standard EN 1494:2000 + A1: 2008
may not be made.
