Never leave the pressure cooker unattended when using, adjust the fire in time after the
pressure regulator releases steam, keep the pressure below the indicated limit.
•
Do not put the pressure cooker into a heated oven.
•
Cooker under pressure should be moved with extreme caution. Do not touch the high
temperature metal surface. Use pressure cooker handles for moving the cooker while also
using protective measures such as oven mitts or other insulating materials.
