This appliance is designed only for domestic use
and it is not intended for industrial use.
Use the appliance for processing the usual household
quantities of food.
Please keep the instruction manual in a safe place and if
the appliance changes hands, pass them on to a new
owner.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
A Risk of injury
The appliance may be connected and
operated only in accordance with the
specifications on the rating plate. Do not use
the damaged appliance or the damaged
power lead. Never connect this appliance to
an external timer switch or remote control
system in order to avoid a hazardous
situation.
Do not let the children use the appliance.
After using the appliance, if it is left
unattended or if the appliance is faulty,

always disconnect the power lead from the
mains socket. Do not pull the power lead over
sharp edges. To prevent injury, any repairs
such as replacing a damaged power lead,
should only be carried out by customer
service.
Worn-out appliances must be made

OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
Before using the appliance for the first time, clean it
thoroughly.
PREPARATION
• Place the appliance on a flat, clean surface.
• Insert the power lead plug into the mains socket.
• Attach the carriage and rest end holder to the
appliance housing.
• Set the desired slicing thickness (0 to 15mm).
