Spare part order

With original ZIPPER spare parts you use parts
that are attuned to each other and shorten the
installation time and elongate your machines
lifespan.
A T T E N R I O N
The installation of non-original parts renders
the warranty null and void.
Exempted is the replacement of the spark plug
if carried out by a specialist.
You find the order address in the preface of this
operation manual.
5 GUARANTEE
Warranty claims based on your sales contract
with your ZIPPER retailer, including your statuto-
ry rights, shall not be affected by this guarantee
declaration.
Zipper Maschinen grants 1 year of spare part
guarantee, reduced to 6 months for tools in
commercial use, valid from the purchase date on
the sales receipt.
The guarantee covers the replacement of de-
fect/deficient machine parts/components whose
defect/deficiancy can be verified adequately that
the deficiencies were caused by a material or
manufacturing fault.
The Guarantee does not cover:
Wear and tear parts like belts, cutters etc.., ex-
cept to intial damage which has to be claimed
immediately after receipt and inital check of the
machine.
Defects of the tool caused by non-compliance
with the operating instructions, improper assem-
bly, improper use, impact of foreign forces like
stones, tree trunks etc ..., insufficient servicing or
maintenance.
Damages being the causal effect of performed
manipulations, changes, additions made
to the machine.
Slight deviations from the specified quality or
slight appearance changes that do not affect
functionality or value of the tool.
