Montageanleitung / Mounting instructions
Bei Elementen mit gespiegelter Anordnung sind die
Abläufe entsprechend gespiegelt vorzunehmen.
Montage am geschlossenen Flügel vornehmen
A Gehäuseprofil "TÖ und Gehäuseabdeckprofil "TA auf
(Blend-)Rahmenaußenbreite RAB minus 6 mm ablängen.
B B.1: Gehäuse "TÖ mit gleichem seitlichen Abstand auf der
Zarge ausrichten. B.2: Die vertikale Ausrichtung des
Gehäuses ist so zu wählen, dass die Linsenblechschrau-
ben ausreichend Halt im Blendrahmenprofil finden und der
8 mm Luft bis zum Blendrahmen hat. Bei d ¹ 24 mm ist
Mitnehmer "TF in abgesenkter Flügelstellung noch mind.
das Profil für dieses Produkt nicht geeignet!
B.3: Nach Bestimmung der Position der Befestigungs-
punkte mit Ø 3,2 mm vorbohren und das Gehäuse mit
Linsenblechschrauben 3,9 x ... am (Blend-)Rahmenprofil
befestigen.
C Dämpfer "TD/"TEa seitlich in die obere und untere
Führungsrille des Gehäuses "TÖ einschieben (C.1/C.2).
D D 1: Mitnehmer "TF - wenn möglich - mittig auf dem
Flügel mit geeigneten Schrauben (s. Seite 3) befestigen.
Das Kleinstmaß 530 mm von Außenkante Flügel bis
Mitte Mitnehmer ist einzuhalten. Bei 2 Dämpfern muss
der Mitnehmer in jedem Fall mittig auf dem Flügel
montiert werden.

In case of elements with mirrored arrangement, proceed
as follows, but mirrored.
Carry out mounting at closed sash
A Cut housing "TÖ and cover profile for housing "TA
to length (outer width of frame RAB minus 6 mm).
B B.1: Align housing "TÖ with equal lateral distance on the
frame. B.2: Vertical alignment has to be chosen in such a
way, that the filister head screws have grip within the
frame profile and the sash bracket "TF has at least 8 mm
position. In case of d ¹ 24 mm the profile is not
clearance to the frame, when the sash is in lowered
suitable for this product!
B.3: After determining the position of the fixing points,
pre-drill with Ø 3,2 mm and fix the housing with
filister head screws 3,9 x ... at frame profile.
C Insert damper "TD/"TEa laterally into upper and lower
guide groove of the housing (C.1/C.2).
D D 1: Mount the catch "TF centered onto the sash (if
possible) by means of suitable screws (refer to page 3).
The minimum dimension of 530 mm from outer edge of
sash to center of sash bracket has to be observed.
For 2 dampers: in any case, the catch has to be
mounted centered onto the sash.
D 2: Vertical alignment.
