During the first use
When you use the wine cooler for the first time or restart the unit after it has
been off for a long time, there may be a difference of a few degrees between the
temperature you have selected and the temperature shown on the LED display.
This is normal and is due to the length of the activation phase. Once the wine
cooler has been in operation for a few hours, everything will be back to normal.
• When you first turn on the unit, the compressor will run continuously until the
wine cooler reaches a cool enough temperature. During this time, try not to
open the door frequently or place bottles in the unit.
• If the unit has been switched off or unplugged, you must wait at least 5
minutes before switching the unit back on or reconnecting it to the mains.
Switching on the unit and setting the temperature
1. Plug the power plug of the unit into the power outlet. The unit will beep and
the internal temperature of the unit will be displayed on the screen.
2. A temperature in the range between 5 °c and 22 °c (40 °f to 72 °f) can be set.
3. When you touch the temperature buttons to increase/decrease the
temperature for the first time, the screen will display the factory set
temperature setting.
4. Press and hold the temperature increase/decrease buttons until the desired
temperature is reached. 5.
5. Each press of the increase/decrease temperature buttons will increase or
decrease the temperature by 1 c° or 1 °f.
6. When you set a new temperature, the screen will display the previous
temperature for 5 seconds before displaying the actual temperature. During
this time, the temperature cooler will adjust accordingly.
7. To display the set temperature, you can press one of the two temperature keys
increase/decrease. The current temperature then flashes on the screen for 5
seconds.
