HANDLEBAR ADJUSTMENT

The height of the handlebar is adjustable.
Tight the quick release by adjust the nut.
PEDAL ADJUSTMENT
"L" is the left pedal, "R" is the right pedal; both of them
should tight together by forward position.
The pedals can be folded during the folding procedure of
the scooter.
