ACCO Brands utiliza materias primas de calidad en la fabricación de sus productos y garantías contra defectos de material y mano de obra,
en condiciones normales de uso y mantenimiento. Esta garantía tiene una vigencia de 2 (dos) años (garantía contractual) - además de la
garantía legal - contados a partir de la fecha de compra del producto, identi cada por la factura de venta al Consumidor Final. La obligación
de ACCO Brands Chile bajo esta garantía se limita a la reparación o al reemplazo del producto. La sustitución podrá realizarse por un producto

La garantía solo cubre los defectos que afecten a las condiciones normales de uso, a excepción del desgaste normal. Elementos excluídos de
esta garantía:
Defectos o daños resultantes de pruebas, instalación, alteración, modi cación de cualquier tipo en el producto;
Defectos o daños resultantes de un mal uso, como caídas, sobrecargas, uso del equipo fuera de las especi caciones recomendadas por el
manual de usuario;
Defectos o daños causados por agentes naturales (inundación, aire salado, descarga eléctrica y otros), exposición excesiva al calor, vapor o
humedad.
Esta garantía es intransferible y terminará automáticamente si el comprador original del producto vende o desecha el producto.
