TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The mixing container (3) or the lid (1) are
not inserted correctly.

Correct the fit.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.

Correct the fit.
The plug socket is defective.
►
Try another plug socket.
The device switches off.
Food is blocking the blade insert (2).
►
Carefully remove the blockage.
The mixing container (3) is too full or the
food is too hard.
►
Pull out the mains plug and remove
some of the contents or add liquid.
Food which is too hard is unsuitable
for the device.
