SATA1~6: SATA 6Gb/s Connectors

These connectors are SATA 6Gb/s interface ports. Each connector can connect to one
SATA device.
Important
The SATA1 / SATA5 port will be unavailable when an M.2 SATA SSD module has been
y
installed in the M2_1/ M2_2 slot.
The SATA5 and SATA6 ports will be unavailable when an M.2 PCIe SSD module has
y
been install en the M2_2 slot.
Please do not fold the SATA cable at a 90-degree angle. Data loss may result during
y
transmission otherwise.
SATA cables have identical plugs on either sides of the cable. However, it is
y
recommended that the flat connector be connected to the motherboard for space
saving purposes.
