1.- Remove the wrapping before using the electrical appliance. Do not discard the wrapping
until you have checked that the blender is working correctly.
2.- Make sure that the blender is placed on a flat, dry surface. Avoid contact with areas of
excessive heat. Check that the connection cable and the power point are in perfect condition.
3.- In order to use the blender, place the motor head in the blender shaft´s initial position
(open lock) and rotate counter-clockwise until reaching the final position (closed lock).
Select the blade to be used, attach it to the rotating end and ensure that it has been inserted
completely so the swivel joint is in contact with the blade.
Use the blades and the discs provided;
Chopper Disk: Use it to chop or mince raw or cooked vegetables. Chop cooked
Meat Blade: Especially designed for chopping meat.
Blender Disk: Use it to prepare mayonnaise or sauces with a slight creamy texture.
Emulsifier Disk: Use it to blend or whip creams, egg whites and very light sauces
In order to remove the blade, make sure that the device has been unplugged before
removing or changing the blade. Use the key to remove the blades and disks.
4.- Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 1 minute; pause several times in
order to cool the motor device. In the event of the engine overheating, switch it off
immediately and wait until it cools down before using it again.
5.- The blender may be submerged with the blender shaft until the motor head joint.
6.- Do not insert spoons or other items during use, as this could cause irreparable damage to
the knives and the engine.

Mincer
Have fruit or vegetables prepared (for example: cut apple, carrot or other fruit and vegetables cut
into pieces), place them in the chopper bowl, without surpassing the MAX line. If you would like
to crush ice, add a few ice cubes and the same amount of water.
Correctly place the motor head on the chopper lid and make sure that the motor head has
been rotated until it coincides with the figure (lock) on the chopper lid. If the chopper bowl lid
has not been correctly placed, the blade will not rotate.
Place one hand on the chopper lid and press the SLOW speed button with the other hand.
After a few seconds, you may press the TURBO button until the work has finalised.
Wire whisk
To use the wire whisk, use the assembly similar to the blender shaft, but only use the SLOW
speed. Do not force the wires or press excessively until deforming them, as they may
permanently lose their shape.
Extra-long blender shaft
Using the extra-long blender shaft provides a special extra length for blending or chopping large
quantities of food, and it also makes it possible to switch blades
(emulsifier, purée, multi-purpose and meat). When replacing the blades, be sure to
unplug the unit from the power supply and always use the supplied key, as indicated in the
photo.
