8. Behavior after power restoration

After switching the operating voltage on (mains voltage
returned), the Plug Adapter sends its current status to the
Cube. To ensure that not all devices are sending informa-
tion at the same time during power recovery (e.g. after po-
wer failure or switch-off) the device waits a random delay
time before sending.
