Charging the Battery
If you are using the modem dock to charge your battery, the
battery is fully charged in approximately 4 hours. You can look at
the battery light on the CN2 to check the battery status:
• If the battery light is red, the battery is charging.
• If the battery light is green, the battery is fully charged.
On a CN2A, the battery light is located above the screen. On a
CN2B, the battery light is located on the keypad, next to the
Power button.

Troubleshooting
If you have problems operating the modem dock, make sure the:
• battery is correctly installed in the CN2.
• CN2 is firmly seated in the modem dock.
• power supply and country-specific power cord are properly
connected to a powered AC outlet.
