Dust Extraction Unit
Recovery Tank mounting
1. Make sure the machine is turned off and powered
down.
2. Make sure that the handle is completely lifted (See Fig-
ure 1).
3. When approaching the recovery tank to the machine
take care that the wheels are aligned to the base of the
machine (See Figure 1).
4. Bring the recovery tank and insert it completely so that
it is concentric with the upper tank of the machine. (See
Figure 2).
5. Fully lower the handle so as to firmly lock the recovery
tank to the machine.
6. To remove the recovery tank, lift the handle up ; the re-
covery tank will drop to the ground and will be free to
move on its own wheels.

Operation

1. Make all the adjustments described in the Before use
paragraphs.
2. Verify the electrical connection.
3. Verify the air connection, it is recommended to connect
the air inlet tube only if the air was previously discon-
nected from the system (See figure 7).
4. Eventually, connect the electrical accessory to the
socket. (See figure 8)
5. Eventually connect the air accessory to the inlet 10, it is
recommended to connect the air inlet tube only if the
air was previously disconnected from the system (See
figure 9).
6. Turn on the machine by operating the switch 0, leading
to "MAN".
7. In "MAN" mode the machine is switched on and re-
mains on until the operator act on the switch 0 leading
to 0 to turn off the machine.
8. Switch on the machine by operating the switch 0 bring-
ing it to "AUT".
9. In "AUT" mode, the machine turns on itself when the
operator uses the accessory.
10. In "AUT" mode, when the machine is switched off, a
3-4 seconds filter cleaning cycle is done.
11. Switch OFF the machine acting on switch 0, bringing it
to 0.
When the interruptor is switched from "0" to "AUT" or
from "MAN" to "AUT", a 3-4 seconds filter cleaning
cycle is done.
Recovery tank Cleaning
The cleaning of the recovery tank is critical to avoid fouling
and solids accumulations within it. Proceed as follows:
1. Turn off the machine.
2. Grasp the handle and rotate it up, so the tank will drop
to the ground and will be free to move on its wheels.
3. Remove dirt and dispose of in an appropriate manner.
4. Wash the tank if necessary.
5. Reassemble the tank respecting the assembly sequence.
Air filter for engine cooling cleanining
Aspirate (using the machine's vacuum tube) dirt that accumu-
lates on the side filter positioned on the machine head.
Keep clean the filter preserves the functioning of the ma-
chine.
Trouble shooting
Problem
The unit does not
start.

Filter cleaning
The filter is made of polyester and belongs to the "L" class.
The product features an automatic shaker which provides to
maintain the efficiency of the machine over time.
Change the filter regularly and at least 1 once a year. Use
only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
Maintenance instructions
• Follow local country environmental regulations for
safe handling and disposal of all components.
• Maintenance and repair work must be carried out by
qualified personnel using only original spare parts. Con-
tact the manufacturer or your nearest authorised dealer
for advice on technical service or if you require spare
parts.
• Always ensure that the product is disconnected from en-
ergy source to avoid accidental operation.
• Inspect and clean the product every 500 hours of work
(or at most every year). Replace damaged or worn parts.
