Warranty
The warranty begins on the date of purchase. Be sure to keep the proof of purchase. If a warranty
claim arises, please contact the dealer from whom you originally purchased the E-Scooter. The
original packaging and packaging material should be kept for the transport of the E-Scooter.
• The E-Scooter has a warranty of 12 months (without battery) by normal and proper use.
• The warranty for the battery is 6 months by normal and proper use.
Note: It is imperative that you follow the instructions, and informations on this manual.
The warranty does not include
1. Cracked parts, consumable parts, wear parts (batteries, wheels, etc.), with the exception of
clear material and / or manufacturing defects.
2. Damage caused by the use of non-original parts.
3. Improper installation, use or operation
4. Damage caused by stone chips, hail, water, road salt, industrial fumes, care products, etc.
The warranty is void
• In the case of cosmetic damage or defects, such as scratches or cracks, which can occur with
normal use.
• If the E-Scooter has already been opened and / or has been repaired / manipulated by third
parties.
• In the event of defects that result from improper use (inadvertent, negligent, willful).
• In the event of water / moisture damage.
• In the event of natural events such as fire or static discharge.
• In the event of damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• In case of defects due to lack of care, maintenance or improper cleaning and storage
• When the E-Scooter is used for commercial purposes.
• If the serial number and / or vehicle identification number (VIN) is missing or unrecognizable.
