General operating license
This E-Scooter is approved for road traffic according to the Electric Vehicle Regulation. It has an
ABE (general operating permit / Allgemeine-Betriebserlaubnis).
On June 15th, 2019 the electric vehicle regulation was completed in the EU. This regulation
makes it possible to use E-Scooters with street approval in public traffic in Germany. The E-
Scooter is intended to contribute to environmentally friendly, clean mobility in our cities and to
meet the high safety standards in Germany.

Operation of the PT13-1
The PT13-1 E-Scooter is an agile, simple, stable and safe E-Scooter. It has the latest technologies
and a general operating license for public road traffic.
The E-Scooter is particularly environmentally friendly and is also characterized by its long range,
strong performance and long durability.
Before using for the first time, make sure that the E-Scooter is fully charged.
Attention:
Incorrect and / or careless operation of the E-Scooter as well as negligence or disregard of the
safety and warning information can lead to serious accidents. Therefore, please pay attention to
chapter "3. Safety instructions and warnings".
