Caring for your Quantum Pro
To gain optimal performance, hygiene and lifespan from your headset:

Clean with the sterilising cloth from an ADDCOM Cleaning Kit every month.
2 Replace all consumables (ear foam, microphone foam, rubber microphone
filter) every 6 months.
Caller can not hear me

Check cord connections.

Check mute button.

Check amplifier batteries.

Make sure the microphone is free of obstruction.

I cannot hear my caller

Replace rubber filter (ADD100 / ADD100D Soundtube only).

Microphone boom position should be approximately 1-2cm from your mouth.
