How to mold and apply
• The thumb guard is a product that needs to be molded to fit your hand and fingers using hot water before use.
• Before molding and attaching this product, carefully read the "Precautions for use - Be sure to read this" section. Then follow the steps provided
to ensure the product is correctly molded.
• The molding and attachment steps below use the thumb of your right hand for reference. Follow the same steps for the left hand.
• The guard contains a resin that softens at a temperature of approximately 70 °C (158 °F), and hardens when cooled.
• If the product loses its original shape during use, its shape can be corrected by re-molding it. The product can be re-molded approximately 20 times.
1.
Prepare a container (such as a basin) that is large enough
to put the product in and a towel for drying.
2.
Fill the container with approximately 70 °C (158 °F) hot water.
3.
Unfasten all the hook-and-loop fasteners of the product.
Confirm the top/bottom and inside/outside of the product.

4.
Hold the support strap and the thumb strap with each hand
and immerse the product in hot water for 15 to 20 seconds.

5.
Remove the product from the hot water and dry it off
using a towel.
6.
Confirm that the product has cooled down so that you
can touch it. Fold the product in half from the center.

Slip the finger loop over your thumb and position the
product where you want to place it.

please start the steps from here.

Fasten the support strap.

* Perform the following only when molding the product.
Press the entire guard with your other hand to fit it to the shape of
your hand and fingers, and wait until the guard hardens.
* After removing the guard from the hot
water, it hardens in 3 to 4 minutes.
* If you want the guard to harden
quickly, put it in cold water.
* If the guard hardens and it becomes
difficult to shape it, soak it in hot water
again, then shape it.
10.
Make sure that the product is not loose or out of place.
If you feel any discomfort, repeat the steps from the
beginning to reattach the product.

After the product has been molded, dry it in the shade.

To make it easier to put
