ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Make the electrical connections before installing the 8015 mechanically.

Take the 8015 scoreboard out of its box.

Put the 8015 on the ground on its rear face.

Unfasten the 11 screws in the front panel. Remove 9 screws
(ringed with white) and unscrew by only a few threads both the top
screws ringed by red, to leave them in position:

Slide the panel upwards by a few millimetres and then pull the
panel towards you to remove it (this action enables both screws to
be released from the keyhole slots). Caution: the ribbon cables of
the LED modules remain connected. Do not pull too hard, or you
may pull them out.
NB: if you leave both screws in place in the keyhole slots this makes
reinstallation simpler.

Pass the power cord through one of the two cable glands for this
purpose and connect the cord to the power unit.

If you are using it with an HF radio Scorepad console:
- Configuration is done in our factory. You do not need to do anything.
If you are using it with a wired Scorepad console:
- Connect the two wires (brown and white) on the lever connectors,
for the keyboard communication coming from the DIN type wall outlet
(make sure the colour codes match for the connections).
- Disconnect the wires (yellow and green) from the HF MODEM
connector.

Put the front panel back in place, using the keyhole slots,
and then put back in and tighten all 11 screws.
