Keep your hands and feet away from the jack hinge mechanism.
7.0 MAINTENANCE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You should inspect the jack before each use. Check the device for leaking hydraulic fluids,
damaged and/ or lost parts. Should any defects be found, the jack must be inspected
immediately. Any jack that shows damage, is badly worn, or does not function as intended must
be repaired by the service department. It is recommended that an inspection be performed
annually by an authorized repair facility. Any defective parts, decals or warning labels should then
be replaced with new ones at the time of inspection.
Oiling:
All moving joints must be oiled on a regular basis. Oil all elevator arm joints, front wheels and
rear roller.
The owner and user is responsible for intact storage of warning signs and notices, and
instructions. Replacement warning labels and instructions are available from the manufacturer.

8.0 TROUBLESHOOTING

lift the load.
The jack does not
hold the load up or
the handle moves
upwards.
possible cause
The relief valve is not closed.
The pump seal and the circlip
are defective.
The relief ball does not seal
the hydraulic system or the
oil is contaminated.
solution
Tighten the valve (turn clockwise).
Clean the oil passage, replace the
gasket and renew the oil. (This
operation must be performed by a
qualified service center).
Manually flush out the hydraulic
system by raising and then lowering
the elevator arm. To do this, you must
open the relief valve.
